Partnerships for People, Inc. is currently seeking a Service Director to join our team of professionals in making a positive difference in the lives of our neighbors and the community.

Responsibilities Include:

• Under the leadership of the Director of Residential & Individual Support Services, provides oversight to the Individual Supports(Residential) Program.
• Responsible for the supervision and compliance oversight of all residential programs, including all aspects of program operations so that program outcomes, financial goals, and personnel requirements are achieved.
• Expand opportunities for community living and community support services for individuals with disabilities.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and licensing, federal, state, local regulations.
• Follow through with all job duties consistent with the agency mission, vision, values and strategic plan.

Minimum Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Psychology, or related field, or an appropriate combination of education and experience.
• Proficient computer skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent judgment and problem- solving skills
• Demonstrated supervisory, training, or mentoring experience
• Demonstrated leadership qualities such as dependability, resourcefulness, and initiative.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Valid New Jersey Driver's License and access to properly insured vehicle.
• Successfully completion of pre-employment process, including Background check and FBI clearances, MVR, Child Abuse Record Information(CARI) and Drug Testing.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work , Psychology, or related field , or an appropriate combination of education and experience
• At least two (2) years of human service experience, preferably with children and/or adults with developmental disabilities including some combination of administration, staff supervision, employment services, and/or community engagement
• Marketing experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
